Using our core values of Safety, Speed, and Adaptability, along with our combined 10+ years of experience in the aviation industry Diamondhead UAS strives to use continuously advancing drone technology to provide beneficial solutions for all other industries.
Meet the Team
Cody Green
Cody, a Texas native and dog lover, has been in the aviation industry for 12 years. His UAS journey started out flying Shadow in the service. After his time in the U.S. Army, he pursued higher education at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Prescott, earning a B.S. in Unmanned Aircraft Systems. With experience and knowledge in hand, Cody applied his capabilities and leadership to startups whose goals were to help drive UAS integration into civilian sectors. The opportunities sent him across the world and back, developing, training, and conducting flight operations across Africa and Europe; all the while earning his MBA from West Texas University.
Ryan Resnik
Ryan has been in the aviation industry for six years. His experience began in manned aviation but switched to unmanned when he attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical university in Prescott, AZ. Earning a Bachelor of Science degree in unmanned aerial systems exposed him to the many different use cases of drones. After graduating Ryan moved into the utility industry operating drones in many environments gathering data for power line inspection and land surveys.
Anthony Velasco
Anthony has over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry and 7 years of experience working with start up companies. He began is aviation career in the Navy as an air traffic controller. After serving 4 years with the Navy he attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, AZ receiving a degree in Unmanned Aerial systems and earning his rotorcraft pilots certificate. Since then Anthony has been moving around between several different start up drone companies where he assisted with building policies as well as spending time in the field working on a variety of projects from capturing footage for movies and commercials to thorough inspection imagery. The last four have been spent with a major focus on medical delivery logistics using fixed wing drones.
Bradley Schiff
Brad has over 10 years of aviation experience. His career began at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND where he earned several pilot certifications up to his Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument rating. While in School Brad also gained an interest in unmanned aircraft. After graduating He pursued the unmanned aspects of his degree and became a contractor for Northrop Grumman. He spent 4 years flying and training other pilots on large drones overseas, before switching to the private sector and continuing to train new pilots, but with smaller delivery and utility drones.
